Today is such an exciting day for Stuck on U Sketches!
You may or may not know that the leaders here had all met and became friends
over at the Cricut MB. So much of what is posted here will often have
many Cricut die cuts on it. That got us thinking and so lead to the new challenges
we'll be posting here! Here is some more rules to play..first these are die cut
challenges. You can use store bought die cuts, but we are mostly looking at
getting the most from our electronic cutters. So many of us will be using Cricut
cuts, we are still more then open to using any other machine out there!
Let's just use what we got! LOL! A challenge itself! =)
We wanted to keep these challenges light and fun and really more about using
our machines then working on using a particular cartridge.
If you have any suggestions for these challenges just leave them in the comment
section below. We'd love to have hear your ideas!
We also want to open these challenges open to any papercrafting project!
Cards, layouts, altered items, mini's, tags, sewing, etc.
And what is our first ever Die Cut Challenge....
"Play"
Interpret this anyway you'd like! You can use the word, the theme, a toy or activity or
anything else you can come up with!

These challenges will be on the same schedule as sketches. You have
2 weeks to play and link back here...
We'd also LOVE for you to help us get the word out about the new challenges here so please help us by posting on your blogs! We'd more then appreciate the help!
WOO HOO! Isn't this exciting! I want to PLAY! If I told you how many die cutting machines I own you would faint! Baby Bugs, Expressions, Expression 2, Imagine, Silhouette and yes, I even own a Sizzix eClips! Then I've got those non-electronic gadgets...Cuttlebugs, Big Kick, Grand Calibur, Epic Six, and even a CuttleKids machine. Guess now that I've exposed this useless info, I have NO excuses for not playing along. I will join you fine ladies in this challenge and get busy on it this weekend! CONGRATS on the makeover!
ReplyDeleteLOL - Margie, people would faint if I listed mine too! So excited for the new challenge. I need to be challenged to use mine more! Really looking forward to this :o)

Great challenge and right up my alley. I am trying to get caught up on pics of grandbabies. Three in 18 months is killing me. Love the inspiration projects.
ReplyDeleteHi Heather!

Don't forget to link our challenge in your blog post so that
we know we are in the right place!
Thanks!!!
Ooops, I just re-read it, and I don't know if my page really qualifies for this challenge (even though making handmade flowers is play for me ;-) ), but I will leave the link up, since I also used the last SOUS sketch.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to see the new challenges you are doing...fun fun fun!
