February 19 Original sketch by Liz Qualman!

Wow, this has got to be one of our most exciting sketch challenges. We have had the good fortune to be provided with an ORIGINAL sketch created by friend Liz Qualman specifically for Stuck On U Sketches! Does it get any better than that? Best of all, we get to share it with you our followers! So, outside of our designers, you are the first ones to get to use this sketch. Hope you enjoy this one. It's for you! And here's a little biographical info about Liz.

Liz lives in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado and she is an educator in real life. She has been scrapbooking for three years and enjoys sharing her sketches with other artists. She says she feels very fortunate to have some of her sketches published in magazines. You can visit her blog and see more of her work at Liz's sketch book. Liz, many, many thanks!

Also, we have another talented guest designer this week. We are so pleased to have Brenda Smith of Brenda's Joy join us in our challenge this week.

"Thank you girls soooo much for having me as a GD this week, I love all of you so much.
I have been scrapping for about 3 years after my husband got me my Cricut for Christmas it opened up a door to a whole new adventure! I scrap from my heart, in so many of my layouts I use embellishments to help tell a story. I love creating layouts that will be enjoyed for generations to come. We don't know what each day holds for us but we can leave a touch of us behind in our scrapbooks.

I really don't have a favorite paper line, none are safe with me. Once I saw the Webster Pages it was love at first sight.
My favorite colors to scrap with are earthy tones and neutral colors. I wish I could get brave and experiment with fun colors.
My inspiration comes from life...little moments past and present.
My favorite tool is my Cricut and I try to scrap everyday but sometimes it's hard."

February 12 challenge - Using RED or PINK!

Woohoo! Another great Friday and another great sketch. This week we have chosen one created by Liz Qualman. You can visit Liz and see more of her work at http://lizqualman.blogpsot.com/. We hope you will come back next week for a VERY special treat from Liz to us for you! You won't want to miss it! But this week .. we have a little TWIST on the challenge. You must use the sketch AND you must use RED or PINK on your layout! It doesn't have to be valentine-ish .. just use one of those colors somewhere on your project..

Next,  please meet, Wanda, our first Guest Designer ...

You may know her as Magic Wanda from the Cricut MB. We are very pleased to feature Wanda as she was the very first scrapper who took on the challenge at the SOUS debut .  Wanda, thanks for joining us!

Here is her bio in her own words:
My name is Wanda. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, fun loving person and a true Disney fanatic. I love kids, especially my two grandaughters that I enjoy scrapping. I have been scrapping for about 6 years now but have always been very crafty. I have dabbled in everything from knitting to wood working. Now that I have a Cricut I love to scrap even more. I also love being with friends and family.

My favorite paper is K&Co, they have such pretty papers.
My favorite tools are my Cricut and Cuttlebug, I don't do much scrapping without them.
My favorite color to scrap with, right now I would have to say pink, don't really have a favorite.
My inspiration comes from the blogs I visit and the Cricut MB, there are so many talented people.

Here is her layout:
