I want to thank Leah & Nanne for having my on their team for the past year and a half. Their support and kindness have been above measure and I have had an amazing  time here. The team has been wonderful to work with and I will miss being a part of this fantastic group of ladies. Thank you to all of YOU to, for your support and friendship!!

The "lovely" sticker & pennant flag stickers are also from BG's Capture collection.
The floral sticker is from Crate Paper & my glitter alphas are from American Crafts Thickers.
The wood veneer heart is from Simple Stories.

Back to School

Charlotte here with you today to share a layout using the June 19th sketch. The school year here is almost over and I"m just getting around to scrapping the start of last year! :)  I didn't have any school themed papers, so I just used what I had. I thought the bright colors and patterns really fit Renee's personality and even though not technically school related, were perfect for her!

This post is also a sad one for me as it's the last one I'll be doing for SOUS! I have been on this team for a very long time and it has become home for me. I would like to thank Nanne and Leah for inviting me to be a part of their design team and for their support and friendship through the years. I will definitely miss this site. I would like to thank all of you, our faithful supporters who have been here  participating in the challenges and sharing your work. Without you, it would not have been so fun. I would also like to thank all my fellow designers for sharing their inspiration and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. This is bye for now and I will see you around blogland! :)

Building a blue river

Good morning, friends from around the world. Today it's up to me, Eli, show a new interpretation of the sketch of Nanné.

I chose a simple and cheerful style for some photos of my daughter on the final day of the school of art in which he had to work with the color blue to create a "river". To recall the theme, I spattered blue paint on the background and also on the papers.
To end I used different embellishments, mixed a little at random, just because I liked the combination.
Good scrappy summer to you all.

Thank Heaven - June 19th Sketch

Oh My Golly Gosh!

I can't believe this is the last sketch here at
Stuck On U Sketches!

Such a sad day for me - my last layout, my last post!

I've had a great journey with SOUS, and can't
thank Nanne and Leah enough for being
such an inspiration to me for the
past five and a half years, and
for having me on the team
 for four of them!

Where does time go?

Anyway, here is my last layout for
 Stuck On U Sketches,
using Nannes fab sketch, which you will
find on the right side bar....

Using some very old Basic Grey papers - "Sugared"

Butterfly die from
Cheery Lynn "Exotic Butterfly Mini"

Gorgeous bling and pearl flourish from
Zva Creative.

Tiny wee fronds die from
Tattered Lace "Foliage Leaves"

And a beautiful photo of two of my Granddaughters.

And, that's it.

It's been a wonderful journey, and a significant part of my life.

Goodbye and good luck to all the team here at SOUS,
as we all move on to pastures new.
Can't wait to see what everyone
 gets up to next.

Bye Nanne and Leah - Thanks for having me.

Love & Hugs
